Coalinga Regional Medical Center’s Skilled Nursing Facility provides its residents with a comprehensive assessment of health and social needs and, with the physician’s order, establishes a plan of care to meet those needs. We promote and restore health and independence through the provision of direct skilled nursing care and individualized health education for disease management and self-care. We provide physical, speech and occupational therapy, wound care and specialized medical treatments and procedures as ordered by the physician.
